1. On-Device AI Classification & Clustering

Purgley provides localized algorithmic analysis to help you organize and clear storage clutter.

• Algorithmic Categorization: The application utilizes on-device models to cluster assets based on similarity and size. These clusters are generated mathematically to provide recommendations.
• User Authority: Purgley's on-device analysis acts strictly as an advisory system. It groups and flags potential targets, but ultimate deletion authority rests entirely with you. The app will never delete files automatically without your explicit confirmation.

2. Safety Net & Recovery

• The 30-Day Recovery Buffer:Items selected for deletion are passed directly to your operating system's native "Recently Deleted" archive, providing a 30-day recovery window.
• User Responsibility: You acknowledge that initiating a deletion is done at your own discretion, and you bear sole responsibility for the assets selected for final removal.

3. Permitted Use and Intellectual Property

All code, design assets, UI layouts, illustrations, and brand materials associated with Purgley are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute the application architecture without explicit authorized consent.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

PURGLEY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE MALFUNCTION, OR SYSTEM DOWNTIME ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
