Welcome to Purgley. By downloading, installing, or utilizing this software, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not initialize or use the application.
1. License Grant
Yaw grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to utilize the Purgley application strictly for personal, local device storage management in accordance with these terms.
2. User Authority and File Deletion Safety Net
Purgley is an advanced storage optimization tool designed for power users.
- The 30-Day Holding Area: Marked assets selected for removal are routed directly to your system's native "Recently Deleted" archive. The user retains a native 30-day window to recover files before permanent hardware clearance.
- User Responsibility: While Purgley categorizes risk tiers to protect system-critical directories by default, the application gives the user ultimate authority to bypass filters. You acknowledge that initiating a purge is done at your own discretion, and you bear sole responsibility for the assets selected for deletion.
3. Permitted Use and Intellectual Property
All code, design assets, UI layouts, illustrations, and brand materials (under the Purgley and Yaw names) are the intellectual property of Yaw. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute the application architecture without explicit written authorization.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
PURGLEY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. YAW DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YAW DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE.
5. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL YAW OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE MALFUNCTION, SYSTEM DOWNTIME, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction of formation, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
